Trump signed an Executive Order to launch the 'Advancing American Kidney Health' initiative, which the US Department of Health & Human Services says is geared towards improving the lives of Americans with kidney disease, expanding options for American patients, and reducing healthcare costs. James Matera, DO, from CentraState Medical Center in New Jersey, discusses what this initiative means for nephrologists and primary care physicians.
